Just want to say hi. I just got a silverstone 05 s2000 live in San Diego area. Also if any one has or knows some one with a hardtop for sale please let me know. Looking to buy one ASAP due to fear of break in threw the soft-top. Also do the stock top latches fit on the hardtop so i can put those button locks on it?

Hello and welcome. Is your question if can you put the softop latches on the hardtop? Im not sure if you are able too because Ive always assumed that Ap2 latches are thinker and slightly longer in size and I believe that those are the ones used to secure the hardtop. But I also dont know if your latch was changed out or not or if it has the Ap2 latch it should. So hopefully someone corrects me if I am and is able to further help out. YOu can post in the sale section and put WTB: "description of item wanted" and possible price range.

Heres a FS you requested: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/871...#entry20788580

Here is a WTB: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/849...#entry20715507

Good luck!

yes you can put them on the hardtop, but you will need to probably make some shims or spacers to make them tighten down enough. If you come on out to a meet i can show you on my car

Yes, the ones that seal and pull down the front of the HT from wind noise.

Alright awesome, Ill try to make it to a meet some time.

I also have another question. I hope you guys don't mind me posting in here.

Do you guys know much about the spoon top? If so, Would it be easy to break into?

If it is i would probably go with a OEM or Mugen replica.
