Default Anyone know a Ford specialist?

my parents live in San Diego, and I have tried trolling around the Mustang forums, but have not found anything helpful. my mom needs to get major service done on her Lincoln LS 5 speed, and the stealership is a rip. I know we are a Honda forum, but does anyone know a mechanic that specializes in FordLincolnMercury?

TIA!
