Default ECM?

Guys I've got an ECM for an 01 sitting in my garage and I was wondering where I could get an ECM for an 02 motor? Also how much could I sell my current one for?

I went ahead and looked up the part numbers for the 2001 vs 2002 PCM (Powertrain Control Module) and there identical, there's a rumor that's floating around about the flash being different I can't verify that. Being that the part #s are the same you can have your local Honda dealer flash the newest software onto the PCM and flash the key at the same time, then you will be ready to rock and roll!

2000-2003 PCM 37820-PCX-A02 List price - $628.40 (actual price is around $470) Flash is usually $100-$200

00-01 ECUs are less desirable than 02-03. Early models ran pretty rich and were retuned midway through. I had my ECU replaced under warranty in 02 and was unaware until recently that I had the updated version. My car has always been consistently faster than other early AP1's and I've always gotten better gas mileage too. I'd attribute it to the ECU.
