Yeah, engine should be okay. I spoke to Cody today and came to a conclusion that the oil return line had back pressure. Basically, the return line off the turbo needs to be straight as possible to the oil pan for the best flow. I didn't know this and had and extra 1ft+ of hose routed like a slalom besides the engine bay, thus resulting in oil backing up to the turbo and possible exiting the exhaust housing side of the turbo (seals are not designed to handle pressure) and burning up in the exhaust and constant smoke.

I hope this solve the smoke problem.

Just for the record, I didn't overrev, I miss shifted from 3rd to 4th, I couldn't get it in gear and the rev limit kicked in and pop went the exhaust. If I would've got in 2nd gear then that would be a whole different story.
