Gals/Girls..... this is not directed to anyone specific but to everyone including myself....

I dont' know what came over me but I just wanted to slow down (excuse the pun) for a moment and remind us all to drive safe... I'd hate to see one of our crew get injured/killed or in trouble....

I hope this comes off the way I had intended......

A quick story.....

Yesterday after the Fish Fry I was on my way home from Home Depot and 3 heavily modded civics where cruising in the hammer lane at about 85-90mph.... I merged onto the freeway at normal speed and they spotted me...

The 3 cars started immediately driving erratic, slowing down to provoke a race... hands and heads out the windows..... The traffic was thick and it was a trajedy waiting to happen.....

I proceed to drive normal and they all took off going 100+.......

15 seconds later I see another car going 100+ in my rear view... as it zips by me it's a CHP squad car...... sucks to be them.....

nothing wrong with speed, but use your head and think before you act Keep it safe...and you know those CHP guys were all bummed cause we were just cruising down that hill...

Very true, you need to think I can rember the days when I'd try to race anything on the road. there is a time and place for goofing off and down the 805 in heavy trafic is not the place. Just remember it's much cheeper to drive slow. and jail is no fun trust me I know. And then the other result is doing something real dumb and you end up crashing. And as we have all seen it's never the drive that was Fu@king off that get killed its that other guy that was doing nothing rong. and you dont want to have to live with that. ok just my $0.02

Thanks for the pre-lunch laugh. Just let it slide, you have to think sometimes "If I get out and f**k this guy up why about the after? Could I go to jail, could he press charges?!" But if everythings good and clear and he goes on just kick his ass!" People these days will do anything to get a lawsuit going to make some $$$$ Bunch of scammers, be careful out there
