My car was hit yesterday while leaving work!! The guy backed up at a stop light because he was over the ped x area. And wham.. right into me.. messed up my passanger front quarter panel and my headlight is smashed. Oh well. I had dings in that panel anyways that needed to be pulled out. Now I get a awhole new one! Only thing that concers me is that I have smoked diffusers in the head lamp. Since it is "after market" will the guys insurance pay to have it done again?

Just make sure you let the insurance co. and the body shop know about the head lights. Yeah have to return you car back to the way it was before he hit you. Look at my car I had my Bummper , wing and tail light fixed all not 100% stock.

I think you should have insurance replace your headlights to 04/05 headlights. I recommend taking your car to Caliber Collision on Miramar Rd. They just fixed my car and they did an excellent job. Ask for Mark.
