Thanks for the input guys.

What I am going to do is take it to this place on Monday called San Diego Superchargers. That is all he does is install superchargers. I found his shop yesterday, so hopefully he can find the problems out

hairline cracks!!?!?? yikes

have u replaced the plate yet? Because the plate cracking and slightly moving will cause the supercharger to shift a little bit misaligning the pulleys ever so slightly causing the belt to walk off the pulley

did u install the rubber gasket in between the plate and the head?

also, u might have over or under torqued the bolts that hold the solenoid and plate to the head causing the plate to be more susceptible to vibrations

I have a new block ready to install on monday however this will be the second time replacing this thing

Mine cracked in the same spot as this guys both times.
