Default Need a new AEM CAI V2 filter

Hi all,

anyone have a V2 filter i can buy? I just received the CAI a couple days ago, and the filter is a little dirty. I'd like to replace it...if anyone has a filter i could buy, i'd appreciate it =)

...can i use a K&N dry filter? Or do i need the specific filter made by AEM?

nah...i want a new one...cuz the folds in the filter that came with the CAI are kind of messed up....looks like it was kinked up a bit when the previous owner was removing it from the car.

as long as there aren't any rips in the filter it should function the same. Plus since its cold air you gonna have to mount in behind your bumper. you won't ever see it. IMO its not worth it to buy a new filter. But if want something cheap, i should have a few older filters and new ones hanging around the shop. I could hook you up.
