600grand budget? thats like 8-10 cops scouting the cv area. I got word that they wont be able to attain that kind of funding so it narrows down to one cop....but i think thats bs. I still think they should spend more time busting pedos, rapist and murderers. Illegal racing is 1% of everyone's worries.
