Two rants.
One WTF is wrong with people out there? Doesn't anyone know how to use a turnout anymore? I swear I'm going to start carrying my paintball gun with me, anyone who is hold up traffic will have a different color car by the next turnout.
And two, are the bikes on palomar crazy or what? I swear some of them have death wish. I know the bikes are faster then me, but to pass on a blind corner in the middle of the that road is just plain retarded. And if that guy who crashed his bike on sundayis reading this tell your friend to learn to drive, there was only 5 different turnouts on that road he could have used, and when you pull into one you are supposed to slow down or stop to let traffic behind you pass, then you pull back out.

Also a pretty serious CHP and Sheriff presence up there lately. Better to head east to Sunrise Hwy and 79, and some of the back SR roads on the backside of Julian.
socalriders.com is even complaining about all the idiot bikers up there, and they're pretty aggressive as it goes... so you know there's truly a problem up there.
On a slightly related topic, had some oddball in a white GM generic sedan road rage on me last night on the 8 freeway. Will put up a new thread.

haha yeah...everyone goes up there and someone crashes. Even my buddy crashed a few weeks ago on his bike trying to pass where he shouldn't. Too bad cause it could be a nice road if people would respect the fact that some people want to go faster than them and just get out of the way in a safe place. It's like that pretty much everywhere though.
wish i had a gun....there be alot of dead peeps
