Default PC help

Hey guys, quick question. Was just wondering if anyone knew how 2 change the text size on web pages. Went to msn and a few others and one letter takes up the whole page. I tried to change the text size in the view options to smallest and also holding down Ctl and scrolling down. Any advice? just wondering if anyone would know. thanks

i usually held the ctrl key and pressed the + or - buttons to change the size, or ctrl and 0 to set it back to default.
