Group 5 does dynos. I think I paid like $70 or $80 for 3 pulls, but that was like 4 years ago.

I actually emailed them a couple days ago. They're dynos aren't for public use. They were offering to help me out...but after I told them that I wasn't boosted, they never replied back

Synapse only uses there dyno for R&D. They manufacture parts for boosted applications, so it would be redundant to be working on NA cars.
