Rear Speaker Install

So I've had these rear speakers in my car for awhile now but I still haven't had the time to actually wire them to the head unit and was wondering if there was anyone out there that could help me out with the install. ill buy you lunch

16 gauge speaker wire is sufficient. I have Saturday mid day open briefly and then I'm gone again for a week or two. I hate my job.
