you have no idea of "what to do" means do you?

when people travel to another country what do you think they do? they "stare at stuff, they stroll and they window shop" when i went to paris what do you think i did, i stared and strolled, visited the sites and museums (keyword: muse) for a break i had cafe au lait with a crispy bagette and watched the parisans go about their daily life. its no different than a day trip to LA, San Diego or Santa Barbara. the whole point of travel is to make your mind see something different and new, some call it feeding the brain which is good for the body because if you keep doing and seeing the same thing over and over again its not healthy.

active travel: is kayaking in nelson, milford sound new zealand, or, riding a shotoverjet, white water rafting and bungee jumping (birthplace) in queenstown nz, or seeing killer whales 20ft away in a kayak in alaska.

liesure travel: can be in a ship for 10 days cruising the inside passage of alaska and 14 days to visit anartica. it can also be having lunch in a patiserrie or "stolling" in vatican city and "window shopping" at picadilly aracade and saville row.

Vacation: a period of suspension of work, study, or other activity, usually used for rest, recreation, or travel; recess or holiday:
2. a part of the year, regularly set aside, when normal activities of law courts, legislatures, etc., are suspended.
3. freedom or release from duty, business, or activity.

Museum: A building, place, or institution devoted to the acquisition, conservation, study, exhibition, and educational interpretation of objects having scientific, historical, or artistic value.

Muse:To be absorbed in one's thoughts; engage in meditation.

daytrip, weekend getaway, vacation, they are all done to relax and re-energize the body and mind. other people may have a different interpretation "tj" "pb" "la jolla" "airballon ride" "sky diving" so i wouldn't knock it. cause if you want to showboat what you do buddy there are other people on this board that has done more in 31 years on thsi planet than you. if you've seen a killer aside from sea world from 20ft away show me pics cause i'll show you mine.

 

I dont think San Diego is labeled paris..please..most of so cal is basically the same.. you cant do much unless you get out and do active activities, window shop corona, window shop san diego, youll see the same so cal styles and labels. Window shop paris, thats a totally different story.


I'm not trying to teach the corona guy the definition of vacation or travel, im telling him what he can do in san diego that he probably cant do in corona.


oh.. and you've seen a killer aside in San Diego from 20 ft before? nice! let me see those pictures.

 

you have got to be kidding comparing corona to san diego. that's like comparing el centro to san diego. corona is a suburban driven city, people don't go out of their way to plan vacations in corona, people live in corona, people retire in corona. san diego is a city where people vacation. when corona becomes a vacation spot let me know.
