so I've been running 4 days a week for the last 5 weeks.. mostly to lose weight... and the only place I lost weight in is my legs! I ALREADY HAVE CHICKEN LEGS!!! I don't need to lose weight there!!

Are you eating multiple small meals a day instead of 3 big meals? You need to get your metabolism going, and then you'll see all over weight loss. Diet is a huge factor in any weight loss or weight gain.

I'm all over the 5 small meals a day... low-fat, veggies and fruits, mostly chicken, small amounts of carbs... that's why I'm pissed that it's just my legs! BUT I'm gonna keep on with it and hopefully I'll see a break in my body comp.

Intake vs Output. Eat less calories than you burn = weight loss.
