so I've been running 4 days a week for the last 5 weeks.. mostly to lose weight... and the only place I lost weight in is my legs! I ALREADY HAVE CHICKEN LEGS!!! I don't need to lose weight there!!

I'm all over the 5 small meals a day... low-fat, veggies and fruits, mostly chicken, small amounts of carbs...
that's why I'm pissed that it's just my legs!
BUT I'm gonna keep on with it and hopefully I'll see a break in my body comp.
