Verizon, AT&T, blah blah. Same crap if you ask me. I have AT&T for voice and Verizon EVDO for data. It comes down to the device and its ability to hold on to calls in low signal situations. Some phones will drop the call completely and some won't. If the spot is dead due to geographical conditions it isn't going to matter who you have. Cell phone signals don't penetrate through hillsides.
