WTB: this 2007 GPW
I'm up in BC, Canada, so you understand the logistics of buying a car at a distance.
Does anyone have any intel on this car:

If someone would be able to go look at it for me, that would be so helpful and much appreciated!
TIA,

nice 2007 GPW...i would say there will be s2k owners in the san diego area that can help you...also good idea would be to check the carfax report for this car first...
I drive past this car everyday on the way to work. It's at a small dealership in an area known for many small cheap dealerships. The place seems to be clean and they have a few nice cars ( infinities, 1 sl500, a few newer clean Hondas, etc)
The car has been there for about 2 months. Sometimes they have it up on a car stand and I look underneath as I drive by. There is no scrapping under the front bumper. I have not noticed a single ding in the doors. Top is in good condition. They always keep it clean. All stock.

the car is salvage title. I have before pictures and also i checked it out and took pictures of it under the hood. The area in front of the front struts had to have been damaged and since there is re welds there and body shop sticky molding also. You also have to think, the damage had to have been more then the car was worth for insurance to salvage it (being a newer 07, thats a lot). It went under a pick up truck and the pctures of damage does not look bad, but using logic, you have to stay away.
All the cars from that "dealership" are salvaged. btw horrible customer service i stood outside looking at a different s2000 they had for over 30 minutes before having to seek out a salesman.
Good luck finding a S tho!
