well, this is what i had on bad guys before they closed it out



hey guys, I've been having trouble with 911GT2, I bought his Varis GT fenders from him on dec 8th, took him till the 18th to ship them through grey hound(so he told me)
now I've been very patiant with him about everything but i'm tired of being the nice guy, here are the im's that were sent back and forth
now you'll see something about another member on there that i was dealing with at that time but he's taken care of it so we have no beef.

if he takes care of this, i have no beef with him either, just want my fenders or my money back, you guys feel i'm in the right here?

him: Please allow couple a days before I can ship it out cause I'm trying to look for better material

me:thats fine.. just let me know, and please ship it where i can pick it up during the week, after noon....otherwise i'll be at work

him:Yeah I will make sure you can pick it up during the week also the fenders are all packed up and I just have to wait til my buddy with a truck back in town then I can use it to drop it off

me:when will he be back?

him:Tuesday or wednesday

him:My plan is to drop it off tomorrow, but it really depends on the weather, we have storm here left and right, Just want to give you an update that's all.

me:cool, thats great!....217-***-****....man i hate ask but are the fenders authintic?...i just got ripped on a fake ass bumper i'm in the middle
of dealing with, it would suck if i got scammed twice in the same week, know what i mean? sorry for asking but is the varis logo on it somehow so i know they're legit??

him:Yes it is I bought it off from Windchasers2k and he bought it off from bulletproof (you can call and ask Ben the owner he know Windchasers2k (Philex) personally) the fender is been painted
so you can really see the logo but the CF cover have the logo on it. and as far as I know there no one make the replica of varis fender.

me:i've seen a knock off on the forum but i'm going to trust you, not gonna call people, just kinda sucks that a respected member on here sold me a knock off bumper for 1250....
but he's worried about his rep on here so i gave him two days to resolve this.....sorry i just had to ask you to ease my mind....thanks and sorry again

himon't worry it is the Real Deal, cause Windchasers2k never buy any replica and for that member sold you a knock off bumper what kind is it?? and that is really screw up that he did that

me:was the ****** but ended up being *********, as far as the member, playing dumb but he's not new on the block, there's no way he didn't know....giving him 2 days to give me my money back

him:Just want to let you know due to the weather condition around the state and the holiday season it may take a little bit longer than normal.

me:Look, i was ripped off by a well know member on here and don't want it to happen twice in the same week, so you're going to have to excuse me for wondering why it's taking so long for the tracking number
or for my fenders to get here, it only takes a bus 3-4 days tops to get here from cali.......you sad you dropped them off on the 18th.....it's the 31st and still, i have niether........i have been patient with you and not made too much of a fuss.....
if you're still not at home, call grey hound and give them your info and they can give you your tracking number,
i just did it with a package i sent with them, if i don't hear anything from you, i can only assume the worst....

me:no...i'm talking about the gli number thats on your papers they gave you when you shipped it the first time.....you had to have it when you called them back, otherwise they can't tell you anything, believe me i tried already....i'm not asking for the new number, i'm asking for the old one,
like i said, you can't say you don't have it cause you wouldn't have got any info from them unless you gave it to them....stop giving me the run around!

me:well, i'm sorry to have to do this but i'm going to have to put this in the bad guy thread and contact paypal untill i get the GLI nuber and contack grey hound and see if there's a package for me or not, you've really left me with no choices, try and add up all the time you told me you'd get me that number

ok, so i finally got my fenders today but have a problem, i sent him this email 3 hours ago and he still hasn't got back, but i've seen him get on and off line so i know he see's it!

I didn't ship it out on time that it is my fault and I'm sorry it got damage so what I'm going to do tomorrow is contact Grey Hound and see what it need to be done to get a claim (You may need to take it to them to get inspected) and also it got damage from the shipping so I didn't ship out any damage good it is an accident so don't make it sound like is not.

 

I just spoke with the Grey Hound Station here and they told me you have to go do a damage report on your Grey Hound Station so they can check out the damage. Please let me know how that go.

 

just for the record, i asked 911GT for a refund, i figured that way he can deal with grey hound for the claim, I don't want a part in it, since i didn't know that he was just going to wrap and ship.
I will say I don't think 911GT2 had any intentions of screwing me over and it seems he wants to take care of this problem, I'll let you know how it goes

 

Ok I will talk to paypal cause like I mention on PM they have already took the money back and and I don't get why you make it sound like I ship you damage parts which I didn't, the only thing I did wrong and I admit to it is shipping out the package late. and you make it sound like I rip you off by shipping out damage parts. and as for the way I ship it out, alot of people ship out parts like this and is not like I just single wrap it, I double/triple wrap on alot of different area and also I have ask the shipping clerk to put alot of handle with care stickers which he did and you can see it in the picture you have posted. And you understand what is shipping damage right??? cause I don't think you do.

 

You can't send something that large out with just bubble wrap. You need a box or cardboard reinforcement or else edges will get damaged.

Imagine the shipped item will get treated like a piece of luggage by a baggage handler... because that's how it is.

 

Thats what i told him, just cause they put stickers that say handle with care, doesn't mean the other boxes and what not won't come into contact in the bus, just means they will be more careful when loading and unloading.

 

I know you want your money back but please understand I cannot deal with Greyhound you have to, since you have the fenders, They don't work like the regular shipping company, they don't have a claim service by phone, you have to take it to them and have them inspected and do a damage report there, so as long as you do that and give me all the info about the damage report I will deal with paypal

 

I haven't yet cause i don't have a truck, have to borrow one....think i can get one today, if not today.....i have one for sure tomorrow.
What i'm doing is dropping them off and telling them when they're done, to ship them back to you or keep them, what ever they do with a claim, i have no idea but I'm not taking them back.
If the guy does a inspection while i'm there, I'll make sure and get a written copy. The guy told me on the phone, if it was damaged durring shipping, then the parts that came off(fiber and paint) will be at the bottom of the package, like i said, i beleive you, just filling you in.
After i dropp off the fenders, i will get you the grey hound bus station number or you can google Springfield, il grey hound and ask if i dropped them off. What i was trying to tell you last night is, what you and grey hound work out has nothing to do with me after i take them back, so after you call and confirm, i would like you to say on paypal, that you're sending me a refund.
I will also let grey hound know to contact you with any info on the fenders.
