Another HTG thread
first off let me say last summer i ordered a TCT and bumper plugs from Jeff and recieved them in about 2 days if i remember correctly. so i have had good experiences with him. however, this last order was horrendous.
i called jeff on Tuesday, May 3rd to see about ordering a complete AP2 front bumper setup (bumper,lip,grill,tow hook cover, and splash shields) i was most concerned with how long it would take to get to my house (VA) because there was a show this past weekend, May 14th, that i wanted to be ready for. Jeff assured me that everything was in stock and that he could get everything out ASAP. well planning all my purchases, i was unsure if i had enough money to get everything i wanted. i took until thursday may 5th, to finally pull the trigger. i paid the extra for the 2 day "express" shipping. it was kind of late when i ordered so i thought i would atleast get the bumper by the following wednesday the 11th at the latest to get it painted and install it. well i didnt see/hear anything until Thursday the 12th when i finally received a confirmation order and a tracking number. i finally received my bumper today (may 16th). so the shipping really was 2 days, but whats the point if you have to wait a week for processing? also i called jeff numerous times and his voicemail is full and i can almost guarantee he is hitting the ignore button on my calls because sometimes it only rings twice, yet others it rings 6-7 times before going to voicemail. the issue now is that i did not receive the hardware for my lip. the box everything came in was all crushed up, don't know if i'd blame that on jeff, but everything inside was fine. i have no hard feelings towards jeff, and like i said i had a great experience the first time i ordered from him, but i just want better communication.
