I found a front lip spoiler that appears to be a stock replacement, like I want, but I'm not sure about the seller Top Gear autoparts. Does anyone know anything about them or their products?

pretty sure my mugen rep lip came from them. I got it on ebay, but the box said top gea rautoparts. it was a typical polyurethane lip, nothing special. fit is ok. but you get what you pay for dont expect oem fitment.
