I got my money back but only cause Paypal refunded it. He never once contacted PP to try to resolve it. He then said it only got refunded cause he had to go out of his way with paypal to do so. That was a total lie cause I was in contact with paypal daily. You can also see if someone responds to the dispute on paypal. He never once talked to them. He is banned from here and EVERY s2000 facebook page. You'd have better luck setting your money on fire and buying something with a pile of ashes than a successful purchase with this clown.
