Wait so the wheels were shipped prior but some how he didn't know they were damaged in transit?

Supposedly yes. I just never received any tracking info or notifications. He told me that UPS is dropping them off at the dealership he works at today and he is going to check them out to make sure they're ok and they will be immediately shipped and I will get tracking info.

I asked him to send me pics once he gets them from UPS.

There will be an update later in the day and I'm hoping it is a positive one.

Update:
So I have received notification that one shipping label for a 30lb package has been created as of this morning, not last week as indicated, and that UPS does not have the package at their facility to begin shipping. I asked about the info for the other wheel and the tires and hope to have something back soon. Once i have confirmations I will let you guys know.

After this I doubt I will buy anything from anyone that is not a vendor, reputable business, or local.

2 months? There is no excuse for that. I know things happen sometimes, but if you can't follow through with prompt shipping then you shouldn't be selling anything. I hope things work out somehow.

I got scammed before by some douche out in cali but I still buy on the forums. Use paypal and be careful you will be fine.

Update:
I receive tracking info today and it looks like the wheels will be here on Friday. So a step in the right direction, just waiting on info on the tires. It looks like I'm close to resolution .
