Default Buyer Beware Joseph Lee

Buyer Beware

i start this topic because Joe / Joseph Lee owe me 1820$ and its seem like im never gonna get it back

so buyer beware

i known joe thru here s2ki

met him once when i bought the rpf1 back in 6-8 month ago in Irvine

since july he called me asking if he could borrow my paypal to accept money from 2 guy he selling the wheel to

i didnt thinking hes gonna scam me

then he keep asking me to help him out so i did , which i shouldn't

then there is 2 people transferring me about 2620$

then joe went transfer 800$ to cris- a member on here s2ki

for a down force fender

i then think this doesnt seem right and im not felling good about being responsible fro the 2620$

so i told joe eh im not goona let u borrow my paypal any more and im going to cancel everything joe did

around 7/23/2011 i file a claim to cris - the guy joe went pick up the fender from

at the time joe is not picking up my phone call or any thing , so im thinking im f**k

while after i file a claim on cris joe call me back

saying i have to cancel the false claim which is not true

coz hes using my paypal paying cris fro his fender. here a like to whats im talking about

http://forums.clubrsx.com/showthread...776454&page=10

after that joe contact cris and went pay 800$ to cris to settle the situation but not mine

so joe told me you will get that 800 thru paypal. from the claim

while the 2 buyer which in NY , FL keep calling me about the RPF1 that Joe never ship out

they file a claim on me, i then email joe about the 1820 that he took out from my account.

he told me to hold on and spot him. i was liek WTF , joe told me to contact him via email, so i did

since Aug i have been receiving email form joe say hes going to transfer me 1820 on the 29th of Aug

then again asking if hes can do it on the 1st of Sep instead

i wait a while till the 5th Sep

i already know the result so i reply him " yes everything is always ok for u, since u scam bunch of people on - club rsx , 8th gen civic , now - me"

since then the he never reply or trying to fix the problem.

Sorry for the long post but i think its important to know there people like him every where even in our S2KI

theres one time he came to my house asking me if i want to sell him my APR mirror

so i did for 160 and have my friend help put it on fro him ....

this guy joe doesn't even know how to take the door panel off

here a pic of him - kid in white shit

That sucks for you - I saw another thread about this guy... but the thing to learn from this is: Never let anyone borrow or use your PayPal account... EVER!

That's like giving someone your bank card with the pin attached to it. Here's the deal. If after you told him to stop using your Paypal account and he still uses it and get money from it, it's THEFT and you can call the cops and make a report on him. If not then just call the cops and make a report on how he scammed you.

you're a dummy.

Seriously, i doubt you will see any money out of this, like a bank acct. or credit card to get money back, you disclose that you did not give any one your pin/access to your money - which you did. And paypal can easily google your username/email and points to the many threads/replies you've already created. Should've kept quiet and dealt with it over the phone.

Can't be so faithful in people bud!
