Mr. Creen (07AP257) had listed a used Comptech sway bar here: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/916...-sway-bar-look I contacted Mr. Creen and asked specific, pointed questions which would have indicated whether the bar was 1st or 2nd generation. Mr. Creen provided false answers to these questions and I proceeded to purchase the bar based on his answers.

I received the bar which was obviously not as described and Mr. Creen declined to do anything about the situation. I filed a dispute with PayPal which Mr. Creen immediately escalated to a claim. PayPal looked over the information and sided against Mr. Creen ordering me a full refund.

Bottom line: Do not enter into any transactions with this individual, he cannot be trusted.

 

Bottom line is i sent you 10 Picture's and answered all of your questions you proceeded to buy it, Then tried to screw me out of $400 like the scumbag that you are. So yes i sure did escalate it to a claim so i wouldn't be scammed by you. Paypal did close it in favor of the buyer (they do that 95% of the time your not special)

I would say beware of any transactions with Monch or Kenneth Compton the guy is pretty much a piece of shit that will try to screw you over, Then make a post and blame you for it if he doesn't get his way.

 

Exactly, you answered my questions WITH A LIE. That is what all of this boils down to. You don't get it. Grow up. More that willing to show anyone who's interested the e-mail where you claimed the bar you sold me was a solid bar with no welded spacers... not once, but twice. You're a liar who knew nothing about the product you were trying to unload, and didn't care to find out. End of Story.

 

i bought a comptech strut bar from Monch. he is very honest because he won't take any of his words back. once the transaction is agreed, he will make it as promised.
