Its great that you can bring up past unfortunate incidents. Yes, shit happened in the past but I have made a very big effort to not let anything like this happen before. This however does not excuse you from sending me the wrong things which i have no use for.

I sent you PMs to which you have not replied and I have tried to work things out, but got no cooperation. If something happened with me and another user an year ago does not make it ok for you to do the same.

That is the thread where you sold "Eibach" springs. They were actually Ground Control springs and can not be used with out the adjustable coil, something you didn't tell me when i directly asked you. Then you argued that they could and told me to call ground control, I did and they proved my point to be correct.

So please tell me how you are justified in dong this by posting my past thread.

I side with Asura on this... His ad states:
" 1 set of Eibach Race springs (8") 2.5" I.D. Spring Rates of 340 and 380. "

that's clearly an Eibach ERS spring with all given details (Ground Control springs = Eibach ERS, same thing).
Those springs can be used with any 2.5" diameter perch on any car or shock.

In my opinion, Asura clearly described what he's selling. Not to mention, he has a good history on the forum.

I don't see how anyone can dispute that, all the specs are there. Nik, you're crazy, not to mention about --> <-- far away from being banned. Asura's always had positive feedback, don't tarnish an established member's image because you jumped the gun. Don't come here looking for pity after PayPal bitch-slapped you with a big negative on your claim.

Great guys, thanks for all the help. Saying eibach springs is not the same as saying ground control springs. And then trying to prove that they will fit on stock shocks when they really won't isn't lying right?

All i did was leave feedback, but once again, I'm wrong in getting sent the wrong springs.....sorry.

Had it been anyone else, all that would of been said is: "oh that sucks, you got ripped". But no, since it was me, "oh it was clear", or "everything was fair".

Now if I go and sell these springs as "Eibachs", I'm sure all of you would start flaming and saying how poorly described it was and that I am a scammer for not saying they are really ground control.

What you guys fail to understand is that whatever happened, was in the past. I have no intention of causing harm to anyone, or taking anyones money. All I want is to buy parts for my car, FAIRLY. I have had many great transactions, both as buyer and seller, but everyone seems to focus on the bad one instead of all the other good ones.

Have a nice day all.

I don't know who you are, but I think you are in the WRONG. It seems that your creditability is pretty bad from what people say about you, and you're just digging yourself a bigger hole.

Several companies relabel products under different names and whatever. There is nothing wrong with that as long as descriptions aren't misrepresented and such.

Do some research on your stuffs prior to buying. Then you wouldn't have to jump into things thinking they are somethin else. Suck it up, you bought something you had no knowledge about. It's OK. Don't blame your SHORTCOMINGS on others.

There was a question of whether or not they will work as stand alone springs, Asura sayed yes. And he kept telling me I'm doing something wrong after I went to put the springs on and they wouldn't fit. I called ground control, they said there was not way for them to fit.

He also implied that they were the Sprot line springs, when they really are not.

I don't understand how you guys think this in not lying.
