Read, the edited post.

The quick answer, Eibach or any REPUTABLE vendor would have qualified the information i.e. diameter not for stock applications.
Sure, they would have. Asura's not a vendor though, he's just a guy trying to sell some parts in need of $$ to buy other parts . I think we can all understand his position, he gave a description of the product, and was then accused of scamming Snowbebe. From my conversations with Asura, he would have refunded the money if Snowbebe wasn't being a prick about it...but that time has past and Asura's changed his mind.

I'm not taking sides, I agree with you. If it were me I would've refunded it too. But not after he went around talking smack. Agree?

The buyer should know what he's looking for, it's not up to the seller to guess. The seller has to provide exact specifications and/or any damage information, that's it. I don't understand why you don't get it. If you were visiting England and wanted to buy a fancy toaster for your home (okay, silly example), don't you think it's on you to find out if it's 120 volt compatible? Or is the the retailers fault for not guessing that you want to use it in the US? I think it's yours.
The England example is not valid....comparing apples to oranges. Now, what if you were in a shop in the U.S and bought the same item? The retailer should tell you that it wont work without an adapter. If not, he is witholding infomation.
When someone comes in for an operation, they have to fully informed. I can't assume that they should know all the risk.

Ok, I'll agree with that and would probably do the same if I were pissed.

still wondering about the PM thing.

As for my rep, again, it has been slandered by oatnet. I sold him a changer, it was scratched up pretty bad on one side. He told me this, i told him to send it back for a refund. He never did, that was followed by PM's about how my mom was a whore and my whole family was idiots.

Then there was Genome who sent me $610 for an exhaust. I couldn't send it to him because I didn't have my car, then still didn't sent it after i got the car. BIG MISTAKE! He filed a complaint, i sent him his money.

Before any of this happened, i was ripped by S2Kjohnny for $950 and went bankrupt. Hence the reason for some of the money problems.

As oatnet claims, i have ripped off 6-7 people who sent me parts back for a refund and i never sent them their money. When did this happen?

Now if you wish to take the time to go throught the PM's in the other account, you will see all the transactions i have had, the 1,230 PM's weren't just for fun. Feel free to contact each buyer and as him of the transaction.

I would really just like to buy things with out people sayin i will rip off the seller. I have no intention to do that, I would just like to hook up my 04.

An operation? Now who's comparing apples and oranges . I understand your point, but IMO, Asura accurately described the product. In any case, it seems to be worked out between them...sorta. No hard feelings tenblade, good arguing with ya

All I can recommend is keeping a low profile i.e. "fly under the radar", have some good transactions and use the people as referances. Also, think about buying/selling locally, to build up your reputation.... did I mention that I am local and stuff to sell

LOL. If he sent you PM's saying your mom was a whore that's not slander. The only reason any of us know it is because you're telling us. As far as your rep goes, if you screwed one person over your rep is gone as far as I'm concerned, and you admit that you screwed at least one person over. Therefore, I don't believe anything you say about the other situations.

If you wanted to keep your 1200 PM's from your other account then you shouldn't have opened a new account.
