i ordered ast 4150's saying they would be in stock in a week on feb 25th.
and no one wants to message me back.
i tried calling no one seems to help me.
every time i do get a hold of someone they keep telling its 2 weeks
last time that was almost month and a half ago.

i already gave a deposit in full too.
someone want to help me on this

and if GTmotoring reads this shoot me an email trunger@gmail.com
i have messaged you on facebook and this site.

Trung,

We had a power outage yesterday. Your AST's should be on their way to us today sometime. We had a message up on facebook yesterday noting the outage. As you know you were the last one on the list for the kit, and one of my staff gave up his spot to give you his. I'll reply to your message there as well so you see it as well. Thank you.

i am just upset that i was put under the impression i would get the suspension much sooner.
or it would of been nice to know that i was last one on the list right off the start where i would be waiting til end of may or so.
not under the impression it was going to be in 'week' from the feb 25th for a full deposit ,but whatever i have waited this long, just pissed off that i had to write this on a public forum instead of just getting a email or a reply through this site.

Trung,

As far as I know we had been in contact by phone or email a number of times. I think you mostly spoke with Austin? I know I only talked to you a handful of times on my end. We have actually ironed out some details on these AST 4150s with AST USA as there were a few issues with the spring perches etc that caused some slight delay on some kits. This was the first run so there were a few small bumps in the road.

We are never more than a phone call away at the worst case. The ONLY reason you didn't get a facebook message back yesterday was due to the power outage and us limping by on our phones best as possible. I agree we could have reached out more often, but we have always been accessible by phone, which is I think how you most often contacted us or us you.

Trung,

I got your email came after hours last night. I just replied to it about 5 min ago or so once I took a break from working back in the shop all day on a car that was having lots of issues. Your reply was roughly right within 24 hours which is reasonable. Thank you.
