Moving to a new location can be very difficult. It's tough to maintain the same level of service your used to providing while trying to expand. I'm sure all the hard work from Greg and Austin will pay off with better than ever service in their new shop.

as someone mentioned earlier, it's a bit difficult at times to obtain parts for this car. if you want legit stuff, expect to wait. a hardtop can be 4-6 months (especially if its something like mugen). a set of wheels can take 2-6 months, againa depending on make and availability. i've dealt with greg awhile back for rpf1's and spacers and had no problem.

after reading this feedback thread, it seems that greg and austin are really trying to get back on track and provide for the community as much as they can. for greg and gtmotoring!

I called Austin on Monday to ask him a few questions about a seat I wanted to buy. I sent payment via PayPal after our conversation. The seat arrived in perfect condition on Saturday.

Agreed!!! Except they have a lot of "estimated time" that they say they will get things, and end up not getting things. Hope that made sense.

I've been waiting 11 months for my seats.

I really sympathize for you - I worked in customer service for 6+ years and that would not be acceptable without setting the proper expectation up front. I did have reservations about making a big purchase from GT Motoring based on the mixed feedback I've read. I made sure the seat I wanted was in stock before ordering.

I ordered brake supplies from GT motoring 2 years ago. The order was fulfilled quickly and correctly. Lines, pads, rotors and fluid.

Sounds like the problem here is when you order something they don't have in stock... Wheels and Seats mostly.

My stocked and drop shipped items shipped fast. Doesnt seem to be an issue processing orders, but rather vendor wrangling. Supposedly my top is in Greg's hands now, and got its window installed this weekend. Just might get it this year...

Weeeelp, no replies to any of my emails until today's attempt--an auto reply that he'll be out until next year. So ya, guess not.
