Not true. The order was replaced with SSR on 9-11-2012. That was over two months ago. I never said I wanted 500, I said I wanted a full refund plus ten percent for sitting on my money for five months. You came back with the counter offer of a refund or to re submit the order with a ten percent($250) discount. I went with the re order and refunded discount. At that point you didnt even pay for my wheels to SSR. You sat on my money for another two months. I didnt find out about it until I called SSR and they said that your credit account was denied and the order was not placed yet. You could have avoided all of this by just doing your job. I did nothing wrong but choose you as a vendor. Ridiculous.
As I already mentioned, we know it was out fault and have things in place so things such as it dont happen moving forward.

I checked my emails and you are correct it was 10-11-2012. My mistake, sorry about that everyone! The reason I am so upset is because at the time of the re order, 6 months after payment, you said you would personally take care of the situation. You didn't. As a business owner, you cannot put the blame on anyone but yourself. The refund did clear today, so I have my money back. Again, I never asked for $500. I asked for my money plus ten percent for sitting on it, interest for the loan I gave you if you will. I also said if you didnt refund my money I will talk negitively on forums. But do you blame me? You had at that point stolen and lied to me. Have you let the viewers know about that before you say I "blackmailed" you? When I asked about the order weeks before this in a email did you not email me back days later and say that SSR said 2-3 more weeks when the order wasn't even placed? How did you think that would turn out? I wasnt sure if I was ever going to see my money, let alone my wheels. You then came back with a more then fair offer of a $250 refund and the order would be placed the next day. So at that point I didnt say anything negitive about you on the forums nor would I have. I wasnt until 6 weeks later I found out you still had not placed the order. Thats when I asked for a full refund, and I got it. I will cut my losses and move on to a honest vendor, even if it will cost me more. You had your chance to make things right, you didn't. I rolled all summer with out the wheels I paid for. My loss, not yours. I took nothing from you, stop acting like the victim. Man up. This post is just to let people know not to make the same mistake I made. Good luck.

I already openly accepted responsability for the errors made here both on the phone and here on the forum whether it was me or an employee and i have nothing else to say on it as we did mess up your order and things werent communicated to me by my former staff. All I did was correct a few things that were not accurate like recent dates and timeframes and nothing else. Your blantant attempt to blackmail, leverage or however you want to label it was just another detail added as it was abnormal. Your only motivation to join this forum was soley to trash us for your order as your account was already settled in full last week. Thank you for your review.

ordered set of wheels RPF1 11/12/12 I sent the payment two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my wheels, at this point I want my REFUND!
