Im not sure what else to do, I placed an order in the later part of 2010. Communications have ceased. No order. Aside from contacting Paypal and my credit card, I am left with very few options.

I ordered thinking that htg had resumed service levels of years past, however this seems to be untrue.

I replied to this post about HTG and my 3 months of b.s. with him, he doesn't hang around here much anymore but you can find him making deals at s2kca.com. I can't believe he is still pulling this crap on people.

Yeah, I know, stupid me. I gave him another chance after reading something about him apologizing or what not about shite service. Well, I placed my order sometime in November!

After many emails, pms, etc. No communication at all. No apology, etc. Just a forward of a tracking number.

Buyer beware. Horrid service.

You and me both brother, exact same situation. Maybe he just doesn't give a shit about Canadians, if that's the case he should tell us that before we order.

He puts in a lot of effort trying to drum up new business and communicating on group buys but once you seal the deal it's like he just disappears. I don't know how people run a business like that in today's economy, in my business my clients would have hung me to dry if I operated like that

It took 4 weeks to get my AP2 bumper from him. I called him like 5 times asking him where the hell is my bumper and each time he gave me a different excuse of why it hasn't been shipped yey.

1. It's been really busy.
2. We just moved to a new building.
3. We packed it and left it on the loading dock. It's going out tonight.
4. The package is still on the loading dock. Seems FedEx forgot to pick it up. Don't worry it's definitely going to get picked up tonight.
5. Something came up with FedEx, we will ship it UPS, it's going out tonight.

So 3 weeks of nonsense and I would receive my bumper on the 4th week. That was my first and last experience with him.

Edit** the packaging was horrendous. especially for a bumper. The bumper was literally being protected by like 1/16th of an inch thick foam and a crushed cardboard box.

sucks to hear that people are still having these same issues despite his claims to have gotten back on track, doesn`t appear to be the case.

Take your exact same issues and extrapolate them over 3 months to know what I had to go through. It just pisses you off to be lied to like that when stuff doesn`t get shipped out and you are left expecting it`s arrival.
