I'm still waiting for my damn hardtop strikers it's just a pita because I'm in aust! Calls would cost a fortune and not only that the time diff is a joke. Its been 21 days since they sent them with USPS and I'm yet to get them!

i ordered hardtop strikers for my OEM hardtop and it reduced noise but still have some noise at 90+ speeds but fast shipping!!

I have good and bad things to say about Jeff. I ordered an OEM lip, floormat anchors, and other various items from him at the end of last year. He told me that he could semi "price match" the price for the OEM lip which he would refund me the difference or send other items with the order for no charge. I got my original shipment very promptly once he received the lip to ship out. When stated what other items I wanted in place of the money, it took him months to get them to me. I also only got 1 floormat anchor when I needed 2 for MY01. When he sent the other anchor w/ my other items...it was the same one as before when I stated I needed the other side anchor.

Great initial communication and shipment. Poor follow up. This isn't his primary job and it's kind of on the side I believe so I understand to an extent but you need to keep in contact if you have waiting customers.

I was told that another set was sent out just incase I don't get the first set.. If I do just to refuse the second set so they can mail it back.. Hmm all of this just seems to increase the wait as far as I'm concerned well atleast he did that so, for now I can't complain

I'll go out on a limb and suggest that there was no first set sent out and you will only see one set arrive. I'll eat crow and never complain about Jeff ever again if I'm wrong, but it's just a hunch I have on this.

My biggest complaint was that he was too busy to respond to my inquiries and deal with my incomplete sale, yet I seen him setting up group buys on s2kca.com. He was replying to everyone in his group buy post over there on a daily basis but he couldn't spare a minute to reply to me on my purchase. Lots of time generating income and sales but not enough time spent on after-the-sale cs.

I have bought a few items ( AP2 Front Lip and Hard Top brushes) from Jeff and delivered fast and with no problems

My experience was exactly the same.

I got my Hard Top, very quickly I might add, but I would have preferred more communication.

Truth be told I'd order another top from him assuming I needed another one.
