Hardtopguy
Hi Guys.
I orderd some stuff for my s2k from hardtopguy (www.hardtopguy.com).
We e-mailed back and forth and finally i orderd some parts via his website.
The shipping quote was way to high, so we agreed on shipping through USPS and save some $$$. He would refund the diffrence.
Jeff e-mailed me after my order that some parts were out of stock and that he will be resupplied friday last week.
I told him it was ok. The parts would be shipped directly when he got them.
I e-mailed him that monday with the question if it was possible that we, instead of refunding the diffrence between shipping quotes, add some more parts that i needed for my s2k.
Since friday lastweek he did not e-mail me back. I tried a couple of e-mails. Also I saw that he was online at s2k and send him a PM... but nothing so far.
Does anyone know what is wrong ?

I made a few orders with him in the past and they were smooth transactions. BUT my last order was a different story. Long story short, I have to call my credit card company for a charge back. I totally agree with you on the shipping cost, they are way too much. good luck

Its not nice to just not respond to your customers after they paid. Especially not an s2ki sponsor.

I've never had any issues with him and have done several purchases. From what I understand he sometimes may be hard to get a hold of, but in the end he always does whats right and fair to the customer.

I had an issue with ordering a TCT. Numerous times I kept trying him over a few day period and he was going to 'get back to me' FINALLY I got ahold of him and he overnighted it to me at his expense.
