I just placed an order with him (again) and lets see what happens... Hes always been a cool guy and helpful and hes also the only guy who has no problems shipping to an APO AP address in Korea.

Hmm...I have emailed him twice since saying my car is down and I need to have it up and running and no response. He said to let him know and he will prioritize the order. If I don't hear this week, I will file a dispute with credit card company and give my money to someone else...

I don't believe anyone should worry about losing money but HTG should attempt to keep everyone informed with their back orders.

There are lots of people telling us how great HTG is and their great experiences in the past.

These individuals need to ask themselves whether they would be truely prepared to send $1000 for parts tomorrow based on HTG's last months performance. If the answer to this question is no, then your positive comments aren't really valid at this current time.
Yes in a heart beat. The reason being is because although I know it might take a month or so, I know I will never get ripped off and will get a top quality product. I just wouldn't want to risk my money with a new vendor when I know HTG will deliver, even if it takes a while.

Think of it like this, would you buy the Honda car that required you to wait a month or so to recieve it, or take the GM equievelent that is available now but . . . well you know where I'm going with this.

Some communication would be nice as to what order statuses are etc, I can understand delays, but silence invokes fear and paranoia and in this day and age, that helps calm people down before the angry mob gathers. Just my 2 cents...

My parts from hondaparts shipped yesterday, all I need now is my stuff from HTG. Car still sits in middle of garage

Thought I would put my experience here just as a reference point...I believe things are heading back on track for hardtopguy. I placed my order on May 31st for some JDM badges. Emailed hardtopguy on June 4th explaining that I was going out of town for 2 weeks soon and if the parts couldn't ship before I left, if he could hold them for me until I came back. He responded the next day that he would ship the parts ASAP. Email last night that parts had shipped and would be to me by the middle of next week. I certainly felt like he made every effort to accomodate me...so I fully believe all the recent problems/delays will be resolved soon...
I'm still waiting on the same thing badges but i havent heard from HTG at all I placed my order on the 28th of May and have not heard back from HTG at all! Are there any updates on if HTG has caught up on his orders yet?
