Ordered an egr delete about an month ago and still haven't received it. Sent him an email and no response yet. I have purchased things from him in the past with great service. Needless to say, I probably won't be doing business with him ever again.

Multiple emails and calls to the number on his site. I've received no answer to either and no call backs. I opened a paypal dispute and he did not reply. I made a paypal claim, and they gave him 10 days to reply which he did not. Paypal just refunded me the money. What is so difficult that in almost 2 months he cannot even reply?
Hardtopguy WAS an asset to this community. Something has changed. If he is still a sponsor on this site, he shouldn't be anymore. I'll gladly provide a mod with the proof of my case.

Oh man sucks to hear it didn't work out.

It seems like he's good with front lips though, judging from feedback from other members. I also got my front lip in today and installed it within an hour. Included all the bolts and everything and was cheaper than any other site. I ordered it on Friday and got it today, so I can say I've had a good experience so far.

 

It's pretty sad that some people still feel the need to defend this guy. This is the nth time he has changed shops and/or shippers. Yet he still is the same guy. You will figure it out eventually . . . .

 

i purchased a cr lip from him despite reading alot of bad reviews.. therefore, i was ready and expecting to run into some troubles, yet the lip was shipped the next day after my purchase and its suppose to be here by tommorow.. pretty quick if you ask me, i'll see how it goes though
