My Experiences with HardTopGuy
I paid for my oxygen sensor two weeks ago, and have neither received it, any tracking information, nor a return of my email/phone queries as to my order status.
New website is great, but I'm disappointed w/ the lack of customer support on this transaction. I paused my e-tuning process w/ Evans mid-stream b/c of a bad O2 sensor, and am looking forward to getting it completed.
I now need to order a CR front spoiler, and am re-considering where to buy it from since I don't want a repeat of this experience.

This is not really an excuse but just my explaination.I Hope that he can get his priorities together and his reputation back. Good luck

He took over 3 weeks to ship a radio cover to me. I emailed multiple times and finally got ahold of him through the number listed on his new site. I would call that new number and hope for the best. I know that I wont be buying anything from him anymore.
I'm having this same non-response to a small item I purchased a month ago and am still waiting on. I probably wouldn't be upset about the delay if he told me what was going on. I could have bought the same part elsewhere and had it in hand 2 weeks ago if I knew I would have this problem. I've never had a problem dealing with him before this going all the way back to '04 when I drove to the dealership he worked at and picked up a part from him.
