I paid for my oxygen sensor two weeks ago, and have neither received it, any tracking information, nor a return of my email/phone queries as to my order status. New website is great, but I'm disappointed w/ the lack of customer support on this transaction. I paused my e-tuning process w/ Evans mid-stream b/c of a bad O2 sensor, and am looking forward to getting it completed.

I now need to order a CR front spoiler, and am re-considering where to buy it from since I don't want a repeat of this experience.

Aside from his sometimes lapse in customer support, I don't recall seeing any reports that he is dishonest. There have been several complaints on this board with the same concerns that you have and many others who praise him. Ithink he has too many things going on in his business life to be fully aware of his primary business which should be his primary concern.
This is not really an excuse but just my explaination.I Hope that he can get his priorities together and his reputation back. Good luck

I thought his "new" setup was going to alleviate all of the past issues he was having, all he needs to do is return messages to customers as fast as he is willing to take the money, it's not asking too much. He is spending quite a bit of time on S2kca.com , he has a post going on there right now if you want to get his attention, he seems to be more prominent over there lately. Good luck, I wish I didn't relate to your complaint but unfortunately I do. As much as I am disappointed in his customer service I've never known him to rip anyone off, he just has a way of ignoring people from time time. But he sure processes those payments very quickly.

He took over 3 weeks to ship a radio cover to me. I emailed multiple times and finally got ahold of him through the number listed on his new site. I would call that new number and hope for the best. I know that I wont be buying anything from him anymore.

Ordered weather stripping for a lip and I received it in 2 days from OH to FL.

Similar story here, ordered a CR lip Friday and arrived today (Tuesday).

Yeah i ordered my front lip from him. Got it in a week or so. Immaculate with all the bolts.

I'm having this same non-response to a small item I purchased a month ago and am still waiting on. I probably wouldn't be upset about the delay if he told me what was going on. I could have bought the same part elsewhere and had it in hand 2 weeks ago if I knew I would have this problem. I've never had a problem dealing with him before this going all the way back to '04 when I drove to the dealership he worked at and picked up a part from him.

I feel a bit sketchy ordering something from him - I've contacted him regarding AP2 rear tail lights and have not recieved a response for almost 2 months now.
