Just wanna give everyone a heads up, N1 Concepts was trying to take my money and run with it! $2750 to be exact.

Ordered the new J's Racing 70rr fx-pro from them on November 15th. They promised me that it would be here early January, which I thought was bs but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Early January came around and called, they said it would be here early February. I said, "whatever." because I was prepared to wait a while anyways. (Not a stranger to special ordered japanese parts)

Called multiple times early Feb and no one ever picked up. I would leave voice mails asking them to call me and on one ever did. Finally got in touch with someone said it would be at their location Feb 7th. Feb 7th came and went without hearing anything. Preceded to call multiple times at the end of that week and once again no one answered the phone. I would leave multiple messages AGAIN asking them to call me back and to no surprise they never called me back. Finally feb 14, someone answered the phone (they said their job was just to answer the phones and take messages) when my wife called and my wife left a message with them for someone to call my wife and of course no one ever did. That night when I got off work I called them and someone actually picked up!.. but the good news ends there. He gave me the run around, never giving me a straight answer to where my exhaust was or when I was getting it.

The person my wife talked to last week from N1 Concepts told us today we needed to call our credit card company and get our money back because we were never going to hear from anyone.

 

Wow. Sucks to here it man. Such a sad way to run a business. I've heard a couple bad reviews about them.

I always order anything and everything from gotuning. I love their customer service so much I even visited them when I went to California.
