Hello Everyone,

I would like to give you guys a quick rundown of the situation I have been having with a seller here on S2KI named Jap-Spec.

Timeline
March 27, 2012 - Paypal'ed Brandon Petit at his PayPal e-mail JDMBrandon2162@yahoo.com an amount of $50 to purchase a set of used S2000 floormats.

At first I legitimately thought that Jap-Spec got screwed over by FedEx. So I opened a dispute on the FedEx tracking number: 976503615001447. I proceeded to contact the claims representative to have Jap-Spec forfeit his right to the claim that I had started. To ensure the legitimacy of the claim, the FedEx claims rep asked Brandon Petit to write a letter indicating forefeiture of the claim. So Brandon sent me this on May 3rd. This is after I had asked Jap-Spec's brother S2King2162, who is also a member here on S2KI to follow up with his brother. Immediately after I contacted S2King2162, Brandon sent me the letter that is shown below.



It's clearly obvious in the letter above, its pure chicken scratch. How can the FedEx rep even accept something like this with no reference to the tracking number.

At this point I have opened up two two disputes, one through PayPal and one through FedEx. I wanted to make sure I informed everyone to NEVER do business with Jap-Spec along with his brother S2King2162. If anyone has further questions about this I josh7owens will vouch a negative experience with Jap-Spec.

Bottom line, Jap-Spec aka Brandon Petit owes me $50 dollars. At this point I don't even care about the dispute through FedEx, he needs to PayPal me back my $50.

I think this guy got me too.. sent him $20 it's been a little over a week havent heard from him. Is his for sale thread gone?

I had to file a complaint with paypal and 12 days later I got a refund. The guy went 8 days without even replying to my messages after i sent him payment. I requested a refund and he still sent out the item 5 days later. I'm glad paypal made things right.

Guy made good by me... I did send him hundreds of dollars for a differential, axles and driveshaft, however.

Remains to be seen whether they're in the good condition he told me they were.

Get PayPal involved. The same goes for anyone else who hasn't received their item(s). Definitely not saying all transactions with Jap-Spec will go south, but there are other issues why he is no longer allowed to sell here.

UGH... I sent S2King2162 $200 on May 3rd for a Rio Yellow OE Wing.

Before and right after that he was very quick to respond. Said he'd have the wing out to me by Saturday at the latest. Well, Monday the 7th rolled around and he said something came up over the weekend, and he'd have the wing out to me by Tuesday and get me tracking info. That was the last I heard from him.

When I send him the money through paypal, I used S2King2162@gmail, which paypal verified as JDMBrandon2162@yahoo.com aka Brandon Petit.

So is S2King2162 the same person as Jap-Spec? I'm keeping my fingers crossed that he makes good on this transaction, but I've got a bad feeling at this point not hearing from him in over a week.

Anyone have more info on this guy? I've tried PM'ing him and emailing him at both email addresses that I have with no response yet. I'd love to be able to give this guy a call.

can anyone find him on facebook? You got a wing from him? good luck with that! it will get destroyed in shipping if he even sends it out. I promise.
