Just an FYI everyone. Paypal sided with me and is in the process of crediting my money back to me. Good job paypal, hopefully he doesn't have enough money in his account so that he gets an overdraft fee.

PayPal and/or the credit card company will side with you since there's no tracking number or proof he sent out items.
If you haven't already done so, file a dispute immediately!!

Thank you silentdancer. It looks like this kid has been defrauding people since 2007. I posted on the thread on Honda-Tech to bump it up. Is there a possibility to get this guy in trouble legally. If this shows up on his public record it may be even better. Hopefully its labeled as a felony.

I love the irony in that the house that was just linked here has an FHP (Florida Highway Patrol) Charger in the driveway.

I am very interested in starting some legal action against this guy. I want him to STOP stealing from people. Who is interested in coming together to take action? If he has defrauded you please PM me.

This might be a possibility. I sent a message to someone on Honda-Tech and was suggested this.
"easiest option is to get together all the pages from the various forums of what this guy has done. go down to your local police department with your evidence along with his name, address etc. if possible get in contact with others who have been scammed and have phone numbers to go along with the complaint. your local police will either refer your to the FBI if it's federal since so many people are involved, or, they will peruse it as your case since you were defrauded in their city. if you can show the cops who this guy is, the number of people he's stolen from and have it all ready to go the police will either act on it or refer you to a federal agent. Interesting. We need to take this to off-topic or something and see if we can get some internet wizards to find everything on him.
edit- is he a cop?
I called that number and got what sounded like a black female on the phone.
