We communicated weekly... every week it was another excuse.

I guess I was an idiot for holding the stuff for him.

I guess it's also OK if he lies about some things and not about others. I was posting my experience, basically because he told me to. When I give my word, I keep it.

I guess I need to add this timeline to express my concern for the way Ooalloems2koO responds to PM's and conducts business. I bought an exhaust system from him last week and have still not received a tracking number or confirmation that the item has shipped:

Agree to purchase, tells me paypal total is met for month and can I send MO. I ask him to list item as sold and pending payment. After agreeing to purchase he had someone offer him cash in hand and did not respond that item was sold.

Tue 4/12, 5:40pm
Responds to my PM ans says he would list item as sold. Says people had been BS'ing him about item and would change it.

Wed 4/13
Send MO via DHL and pm him a tracking #

Thu 4/14
PM's me with MO received and that he will ship out Friday morning and send me tracking info.

8:57pm - Another PM sent to him. I pont out that he has been posting that day and has had activity on the board and his lack of response is troubling.

12:20am - Send another PM and tell him I am starting to get pissed off. He has posted several times since I last PM'ed him and what is the deal.
12:30am - He responds and and says sorry for delay in responding. Says sister shipped item on Tuesday morning and that he would get me a tracking #. "So much for shipping out on Friday"

2:03 PM - Send PM and ask for tracking info. Notice that he has been posting and know this is not a case of being away from computer.
6:48pm - Still no response and he has been posting this evening.

6:49pm - Decide after reading the post before this about what a great guy Ooalloems2koO is that I need to share this info with all. Item may or may not have been shipped...who knows?? The piss poor level of communication is sorry and leads me to beleive that I am dealing with an immature person. My account of this is factual and there is no excuse for Ooalloems2koO behavior other than he isn't very concerned about keeping me posted on tracking. I bought some wheels recently from Brian oshp515 and he made it an effort to keep me posted daily on what was going on. He left me a voice mail each day until they shipped and then followed up to make sure I got them. Thanks Brian.

Oh well we will see what happens with the exhaust. My gut tells me it is on the way, but I have no hard facts to back it up.

Ooalloems2koO if you are reading this do you think it might be possible to send me a tracking #.

I have received two PM's from Ooalloems2koO and also just got off the phone with him. The tracking number is in UPS system but is not showing up yet. This means that the item was just shipped today and has not entered the system. Far cry from being told that it shipped Tuesday. Ooalloems2koO was at the mercy of someone shipping this for him. That is a tough situtation to be in. However I did tell him on the phone that you have to respond to questions even if you don't have any new info. Ignoring the questions only goes to further any question of credibility. Kind of felt like a father getting onto his son . I appreciate him calling me...that took balls especially knowing how "pissed" I had become. I will update on safe arrival of exhaust as soon as I can.

 

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM AmuseAP1.

He will take your money and run, DESPITE being a long term Gold Member here. He'll string you along with excuses, and tell others that he has sorted it out when he hasn't. He'll promise tracking numbers but never actually produce them. Then he'll say he's claimed for insurance and it will be on the way, yet it never turns up.

He'll also quote people as references (including forum mods) for him, without permission.

He's suspended from posting in this forum, until all the people he owes money or products to are resolved.

And unless I hear of them being resolved within the next 7 days I'll be informing the FBI.

Go to court. You tell me Ruckus received an insurance settlement, he says he didn't. Someone else says something, you say something different. This is no longer an issue for s2ki. Solve it with lawyers because I don't care and I won't be dragged into the middle of your problems, period.

You guys have seriously ed this up so solve it -- somewhere else. Any further posting on this matter will be immediately deleted unread, that includes posts, topics and private messages. s2ki is not a conduit for the resolution of your legal problems. ERNurses2000 did not keep his word on our sale.

I send him money via paypal on Feb 1, and after few emails and PM because he did not get his new exhuast he couldn't sent out the exhuast he was selling.

on Feb 23 I got a PM from ERNurses2000
he would send me $50 back for taking so long to ship out the exhaust.

on Mar 23 one month later he sent out the exhaust.

I tried to PMs, and emails and got no answers regarding when he plans to send me back the $50

i sold him a koni/eibach setup the first week in april and as soon as he received it and installed it, he was to send me the stock right rear shock. i told him it was urgent because my car is on jackstands. 2 weeks go by and he pms me on april 19th telling me that he was out on a trip, but his mechanic was going to install them on thursday and he would ship out my shock. i have not heard from him since and its already may 9th i've sent him many pm's already and no reply. and the worst part is i cant even drive my freakin car

Yea...he seemed kinda sketchy...'cause I had paid a friend to pay AmuseAP1 because my friend apparently had a lot of dealings with him, so I decided to get a Mugen Hardtop from him about a month ago...and after going back and forth about how a bay area member was suppose to pick it up 'cause he was going down to Spugen in Socal to pick up his S and some other complications I asked him if can pick it up...and for some reason it didn't seem like he wanted me to pick it up and he preferred to sell it locally...kinda weird...so i just took my money back from my friend...proceed with caution I suppose.
