I had hoped to handle this matter discretely, but think I have been MORE than accomodating regarding the sale of the calipers back in Dec. 2004.
I have kept a complete phone log of the person known as "Kevin" from the "Postal Place" whom you had apparently used to send the package.
If this matter is not resolved in 7 DAYS, that is until 05.25.05, I will be take an appropriate course of action.
I hope we can solve this matter swiftly and peacefully an be on our way.

Alex Garcia (geminigsr) South Florida Member has had $350.00 of my money for the past 7 weeks. He has maintained contact with me until a week and a half ago stating that he will indeed pay me back. I have left him multiple messages over the last few days and he has not contacted me.
I have contacted his local forum members and hopefully we will see things move forward from this point. If anyone has further information please feel free to share it but I have reached my limit and will start taking action to resolve this.
