I understand what you are selling and he said the same, but he is representing his company. When he is selling an item with his company name on the box and in his username he is part of the company.

It has pass 5 years and still have not got my parts, I still email him and always have an excuse.... 5 years making excuses...

 

I'd just like to post my buying experience with Evolove (I think he changed his name to spoon-er) on this forum.

He sold me BBS LMs that he said were in near perfect condition.

- One of the rear tires was a different model than the rest
- One of the valve stems is not a BBS valve stem
- One of the fronts and one of the rears leak air, about 5psi over the course of 4 days.

The only thing evolove offered to me was a replacement valve stem. He wouldn't refund any money. He offered at one point to give back my money and take the wheels back, but I've already put on a matching rear set of tires. I told him to keep his valve stem and that speaking to him was obviously no longer worth my time.

He says he did nothing wrong. These are the facts, you decide if you want to deal with him. I never will again.

My friend bought headlights and seatbelts from drhess06259 on June 21,2008 and never got his stuff! 350$USD was sent via paypal

Several emails were sent to him and the only back was:

''they were sent like 2 weeks ago. the belts and headlights right?''

My friend asked him for the tracking number but supposedly he doesn't remember the company he dealt with! WTF!!! HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW THAT :ponder:

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY!!!

I disagree, when I dealt with peter about his wheels, he was helpful and shipped them out very quickly, I had them a week after payment. Maybe he just go caught up in something

 

Had a problem recently with a member on here by the name of an orange s2k. He was suppose to sell me coilovers. The first time he told me he had shipped them I asked for a tracking number, but he never responded. I gave it a week to see if they would show up....nothing. Send him a pm, a few days later he says he will ship them. Wait another week, nothing. After about a month of waiting, I ask for my money back. Several days later, sends me a refund vis e-check through paypal which takes another three weeks to clear! My opinion, this guy was broke and needed to pay some bills, pulled a quick one and now I have not seen my $900 or my coilovers for well over a month and a half.
