i totally understand. I also live here in the states.

i just want to understand one thing. was there a tear in the seats as ECU pirate is saying? if yes, then you should refund some money, if ECU pirate is lying than you are right on everything you say.

I believe ECU pirate should post the picture of the tear so we can all see it. i am %100 sure that he wouldnt just rip the seat to prove himself. if you can (davgoat), please post the pictures of the seat that you sent him so we can compare and see who is right

Has anyone ever had an issue with Brian from partshelp.com. I bought a Megan Racing 3' exhaust from him last week. I paid for the item over the phone. He told me the item was instcok ready to ship, I believed him. I asked him for a tracking number the other day and he told me he had to wait until his shipper came in to get me the tracking number. A day later still no Tracking number. I am beginning to question their customer service. I still have not received the exhaust and I am wondering if it even got sent. Brian, to prove to me and the rest of the forum that you sent the exhaust and that you are good business people, at least respond to this post.

Nick

PS. I have tried PM and calling no response either way. I know they are there because he is posting every single day.
I had the same issue. their response time is absolutely horrible. they can post up here daily but they can't answer their e-mails or telephone. Even if you pm them, they dont respond for days. lame.

Highwind

Highwind just ripped me off for $200 of my hard earned money. I purchased a drivers fender from him back in the begining of June. He kept telling me it was being shipped, but it never was. Now he will not answer any of my emails, I guess he thinks he is just going to keep my money and the fender. I filed a claim with paypal and they ruled in my favor because he would not respond. I also just filed a fraud complaint through my credit card company. Purchased alot of parts through this forum and everyone has been so honest and helpful, then you deal with someone like this. Thanks for your time.

Panda Garage in San Diego

I purchased a set of used BBS LM wheels for a 2003 Honda S2000. The wheels were advertised on ebay.com http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...0250738233&rd=1 , s2ki.com https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showt...&#entry12852416 , and on the Company's website (pandagarage.com) to fit on the car. The employees at the shop told me the wheels would fit "perfectly." The invoice of the purchase clearly states "BBS LM - S2000."

After purchasing the wheels and paying another shop to repolish the wheels, I discovered that the wheels do not fit. The center hub of the wheels are too small to fit onto the vehicle. I sent photographic evidence to the Company showing the center hubs on the wheels are only about 60mm in diameter, while the car requires 70.1mm in the front and 64.3mm in the rear. The Company refuses to remedy situation by either refund or covering the cost to have a machine shop enlarge the center hubs.

I'm not sure if they're bad guys but they're not good businessmen. Does any one know how to get a hold of anyone at T1RUSA? I purchased a tow hook on June 16 after three weeks I attempted to get status. Used web page to attepmt contact and emailed sales@t1rusa.com 4X with no reply. I wouldn't mind waiting if they would just tell me what's up. Anyone have a phone number? none listed on their web page. www.t1rusa.com

that's common bro, that's more understandable than what happened with Panda Garage.

I am so glad I decided not to buy from those foos. I actually saw those same auctions on ebay and emailed Panda Garage about their specific s2k fitment. Their reply was way too easy, "yes both sets of BBS LM's will fit an S2K." I didn't get a very good feeling from that answer, I don't know why, but I decided to pass on these wheels based on my gut assessment.

Glad I Passed!

Thats why I went there in person to check them out. They had one of the workers who supposedly used to drive an S2000 come by and reassure me that they fit. I just made the mistake of trusting a bad shop. I'm new to the Japanese car scene, but all the Euro car shops I've dealt with in the past always knew there stuff and took care of me when there was a problem. Hopefully this isn't a trend with the rest of the shops out there.
