Guys/Gals,

I am a new S owner and after researching several shift knobs I decided to opt for the very well reviewed and popular Anvil by moddiction. I own a Laguna Blue P. and thought that the titanium anvil in the blue burnt finish would give a great pop of color to the black interior. I proceeded to order it successfully and after a week had gone by without any shippment information I decided to contact Ryan with Moddiction. He explained to me that they did not have the knob in stock and it could be several months before they got some back in inventory. He offered a refund or to switch the order for another product. Ryan provided great customer service!!! What makes me frustrated is the lack of inventory tracking...this website leads you to believe that the item you are ordering is in stock when in reality it isn't.

In conclusion - please check with moddiction before ordering an item...just because it lets you order it and they take your money does not mean that they have it in stock..you may be waiting for "several months" before receiving your item.
