Rick's Signature Accessories
Placed an order for a front license plate bracket on Dec 22 and I sent two e-mails requesting update since then and no repsonse. Did a search on Rick's and it seems like they have a tough time with responses. Am I going to have to wait a couple of months to get my bracket? That's fine but PLEASE at the very least let me know it's going to take time.

Update: Jeff told me that he would ship my order yesterday and that his system would send me a tracking number, but as of right now, I haven't received anything. I sent him an e-mail this morning and no reply yet. He must be very busy. I will wait and see what happens.
My feeling with Rick's is that the customer needs to be patient. If you lack it, do not conduct business with them because you will get frustrated. I am not saying that they are a bad vendor; just my observation from the previous threads on Rick's and my personal experience.

To be honest, I find that's the best way to deal with any vendor or shop 

Update: My order shipped and Jeff sent me a tracking number. Thanks Jeff @ Rick's!
