Not ready to let this go yet, now someone else is asking for a refund on an item that he's relisted in the classifieds.
Appears as tho he already sold it to this guy who is asking for his refund.
Do the mods step in and do something about this?

i had no idea this guy was a scammer. i originally sent him an email over the weekend to see if he was interested in trading carpets. he responded in a text & i was going to swap my AP1 carpets + $85 for his AP2 carpets. i paypaled him the money first on sunday night. Then we were going to ship out the carpets this Friday at the same time. But i see that he is still bumping his posts, make a new post to sell. So i find that very suspicious, why would he continue to post on something he already has sold. So i immediately send him a text saying i dont feel comfortable with this transaction & to have him refund me. I get no response so i ended up posting on his for sale thread. He claims he texted me & that i didnt reply. total bs i say.

i am going to contact Paypal & escalate this.

I guess it's simple enough to just take on another membership and create a new username.
I suspect the new member (as of today) username: S2KMcLovin

I took it upon myself to do a little bit of investigation, I present to you all the evidence. some may get deleted since he decided to delete one of his statuses I posted on, so hope this is seen before that happens

Exhibit A: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/905...2ki-new-owner/ new thread is started and look who happens to be the first person to comment within a few mins, amazing that they happen to come across each other.

Exhibit B: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/statuses/...tatus_id__3891 they just happen to come across each others status and comment within a few mins....again!!

Exhibit C: notice the creativity in the names lol "S2K."

Exhibit D: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/user/118739-s2klimit/ and https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/user/128749-s2kmclovin/ Both just happen to have 2003 Spa Yellow lol

Exhibit F: Both just happen to be civic bashers
S2K.Limit feedback-liafg.jpg

Exhibit E: It seems to have been deleted but both just happen to have the same items for sale lmao

and there you go folks, I rest my case

I waited 6 days to get a tracking number, when he told me that he'd do an express ship. I reckon it's where his "ponzie" buys time, do you see Allan's episodes on 2 &1/2 Men.?
I also tried to warn you on his fs post but your mailbox was full. With Pay Pal go to dispute center.
