Default S2KI STORE FEEDBACK

this was my first time buying anything from the s2ki store over the holidays and probably my last one as well.

i placed an order for few things for "pre-sale" in November and it was posted that everything will be shipped in the second week of December. Second week of December came, no update on my order. third week started and i asked for the updates in reply to which i was notified that there is some problems in my order (on s2k side) and they are working to get it shipped ASAP.

Its been three weeks since that incident and i have never got a reply from Greg or any other s2ki store member, despite my e-mails and msgs to them.

I am really furious as this has been the WORST customer service i have seen in years. its been a month that i was supposed to get my merchandise and i have received NOTHING yet and i was the first one to place an order and my order was paid in FULL.

Can someone tell me what to do ???

I've got the Amins involved, the store is run by an outside company, we'll get in touch with them to sort this out.

The guy is useless. If S2KI was my brand he'd have been gone a long time ago. Just sayin'

I wouldn't encourage anyone to order anything from him.

The iPhone cases they sold around Xmas time for $20 are garbage.

I do not know how the merchandise quality is as i have NOT received my stuff yet. But their Customer service is THE WORST i have ever encountered.

I just hope i get my merchandise soon, as i have the site moderators involved now as well.

The quality of the hoodies was pretty poor last year, as they are very thin, I'm not impressed.


No response from the store yet, but we are on it. We aren't happy either.

Thank you for your honest opinion regarding the quality. I hope s2ki finds someone better than these people to deal with members.
