I havent heard back from a thread and PM I made from 2012. The thread was started and seemed to have been abandoned in the regional SOSO forum. It should be made clear if it is in fact an outside company providing the services and products as this was not known to me - just so it doesnt reflect the site or anyone here.

Same company as before, I have no idea if they've changed suppliers for their products, so it would be unfair for me to comment on the quality of the 2012 (now 2013) products.
The store has nothing to do with S2KI, as with any other vendor. I know the name certainly makes it sound as if they are part of the forum, they are not, they simply make the apparel that has the S2KI name/logo on it.
Apparently the store replied back to my message as below:
Hey Moe.
Sorry about your order. I will have my guys look into it tomorrow for you. When we did the S2ki Group order for the holidays we did a special edition which we offer your particular color car and your style of garment that you want. It is really hard to manage that and we are not 100% on point all the time. I apologize about that. Each pcs are custom to the owners and I understand your frustration with not getting your order, as I would be the same way.
Maybe in the future we should be like all the other sites and not give users a choice of selection and just give them one choice and call it a day. Seems like when we try to do the community a service and offer cool stuff it just backfires anyways.
Again sorry for the issues with your order and I will make sure someone gets back to you tomorrow on this

Is it my fault that him and his team is NOT 100% on Special orders. No one asked him to start doing this. If you cant handle it, don't do it, don't blame the community if someone backfires.
Everyone has the right of backfiring when they don't get their merchandise as promised or any updates on their order.
Thats is not an excuse to make your customers WAIT and WAIT and give them no feedback on their orders. Lets see if someone contacts me, i HIGHLY doubt it though.

As greg said he will send out the merchandise by the end of this week, I have NOT received any update that means i will not be getting anything again this week.

This guy has some ATTITUDE problem. This is what he replied me this week.
We have them on schedule this week to get reprinted, We are working to get this out ASAP, it just doesnt happen at the snap of my fingers which I wish it did. It will be out this week or we will give you a full refund on it.
