Default S2kmugen

overall was not a good experience, and will not deal with him again.

PRODUCTS PURHCASED: Authetic J's fibreglass rear bumper, Authentic J's fibreglass side skirts, bottom pair of J's canards for front bumper, and ARC titanium heat shield.

PRICE: $1870.50 CDN

GOOD: i indeed got a good deal on the parts from s2kmugen, communictaion was good until payment was made.

BAD: Payment was made February 18, 2010. Parts were not shipped till March 16, 2010. communication went sour after payment was made, and i had to email him multiple times to rush him for shipping. He did offer to reimburse me $50 for the delay in shipping, which i did not receieve till June 27, 2010, after numerous emails.

When the parts arrived, the bodyshop i had it shipped to, inspected the parts, and noticed extensive damage on the rear bumper, and side skirts. the body shop was about to return it, but s2kmugen was notified, and sent me an email, telling me to accept the damaged goods and we can work out the damages later. after i was quoted on the damages, i notified s2kmugen and he started to ignore me on multiple occasions, and refused to settle the situation with me.

DAMAGES: Cracked side skirts (both sides), cracked rear bumper, and broken tabs. I was quoted 3 hours on each side of side skirts, and 4 hours for the rear bumper totalling 10 hours.

I tried to work this out with him so many times i lost count. i gave him chances to work this out before i posted this on feedback, and he keeps putting me off.

emails are available upon request.

Damn, that is terrible. This is the kind of stuff that totally destroys confidence on the S2Ki marketplace. I'm lucky this hasn't happened to me, but stories like this is what keeps me from buying high-dollar items on the used marketplace. I hope he takes care of this ASAP. I know I'd be really pissed if someone robbed me almost from this kind of money.

he claims he posted pics of the damage, which i didn't recall. if i saw that kind of damage, why would i still buy it. the single picture i recall seeing was it on the top of a car, not even a close pic, so you can't even see the damages. i asked him he still had pictures he posted of the damages while it was still in his possesion. also, evem if that was the case, i don't think he should've said "accept the parts and we'll work out the damages after."

even if it did, i don't think it would do that kind of damage. it was packed really well actually.
