Has anyone dealt with Sakebomb Garage lately?

Placed an order in February, it was for the custom long stroke ohlins so I knew it would take some time. Now more than a month has passed, and I've been trying to get an update from them for the past 2 weeks... No response at all. Scratching my head as I read so many good comments about them. They were very responsive with my inquiries before the order though.

 

They are responsive through text messages. You probably won't be getting your coilovers anytime soon. Sakebomb sends them out to Ohlins to be revalved before sending them out to you. I ordered my set of custom long stroke ohlins in Nov 2020, but didn't received them until Feb 2021. Sakebomb has been very responsive with giving me updates when I text them. On a side note the coilovers are definitely worth the wait.

 

Thanks for the reply, I really appreciate it. So probably won't receive until May for me then. What's the number I can reach them at?

 

Np. I just called the number I found from google. (510) 356-5556 They didn't pick up, but the machine automatically sent me a text message. They replied after I sent a text message to the automatic response.

 

Is texting this phone number still the best way to contact them? I want to follow up on an order.
