Unfortunately the law does not always work to the victim's adavantage. I have filed a law suit and am assuming that when he is served papers, he will fail to appear in court. At that time, it becomes a criminal matter and more can be done as far as legal action is concerned. It's terrible that somebody could get away witch such behavior so easily. Again, any help is appreciated.

Sounds a bit odd that he wont give anyone any information on this pos to helpout fellow members.

That is indeed a bit questionable. I also came across thread in witch that member assisted in selling items for the scammer. However, everyone has their own side of a story, so you never know. I don't want to post anything on here, but I have made progress on this matter, PM me for details.

 

I do have another interesting bit of information on this matter as well. Another member, who will remain unnamed, contacted me with offers of help, but for 2 reasons I have been skeptical. First reason being that everything this person said they would do to help was either never done...or done too late. The second reason is the member in question showed up in multiple court cases as the defendant, some of which involved the scammer. This is purely speculation at this point
